Kristen Anne Bell was born July 18 the 18th of July, 1980. The actress is an American actor and singer. In the beginning of her acting career, she was starring in stage productions while studying at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, she made her Broadway stage debut as Becky Thatcher in the comedy musical The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and appeared in the Broadway revival of The Crucible the following year. After appearing in the action-thriller Spartan (2004), she received praise for her performance in Gracie's Choice (2004). She then made her Broadway stage debut as Becky Thatcher in the comedy musical The Adventures Of Tom Sawyer. Then she was a part of the teen drama television series Veronica Mars (2004). Her performance earned her critical acclaim as well as a Saturn Award nomination for Best Actress on television. In the 2014 film, she reprised her role as the title character and in the renewal of the show in 2019, she was the main character. During her time in Veronica Mars, Bell starred as Mary Lane in the musical film Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical (2005) as an incarnation of the character she had been in the New York musical of the same name.Bell played the role of Elle Bishop in the superhero drama series Heroes from 2007 to the year 2008. Bell was the voice of the narrator in the title role on the show for teens called Gossip Girl. She will reprise her role in the sequel set for 2021. Bell also played Jeannie van der Hooven the female lead in the Showtime comedy series House of Lies. Bell starred as Eleanor Shellstrop, the leading character on the critically acclaimed NBC comedy series The Good Place. She was nominated for a Golden Globe Award. Bell was also the character of Eleanor Shellstrop on the streaming show The Woman in the Home Across the Street From the Girl in the Window.
